Matt’s favorite hobby is starting businesses. His world is comprised of beautiful chaos and he is driven to make things happen.

Gordon has an eye for design and a mind for great ideas. He is an exceptional artist, as skilled with a pencil and paper as he is with Photoshop and Final Cut Pro.
As the Creative Director of our little team, Gordon lends his creativity to look at marketing challenges from several different angles, coming up with ideas that remove “the box” completely.

Scott’s problem-solving prowess allows us to deliver awesomeness with confidence.
When a challenge arises, Scott will find a solution, even if it takes him all night to figure it out.
At one point, Scott had the longest beard on the team (pictured here), but had to cut it short because he starred in a Hollywood-level production and they told him he couldn’t look like a barbarian. True story.

Our Process
1We start with a 20-minute “Discovery Session.” As the name implies, it allows us to discover what your needs and goals are. This is also an opportunity for you to discover how we think and what we may be able to offer in support of your success.
2Upon finding out that we’re a great mutual fit, we high five, fist bump, or full-on hug (whichever is your preference) and schedule a Dream-Building Session. For a solid, action-packed, thought-provoking, laughter-filled, tear-inducing, frustration-venting hour, we will uncover what has had you stuck, we throw an arsenal of darts at the dartboard, figure out what sticks and arrive at the “What’s next?” that brought you to us in the first place.
3Each Dream-Building Session wraps up with concrete action items that will put arrows in your quiver, a machete to cut away your intellectual thicket and a rocket-fueled sense of purpose and progress. Moving forward, we can provide that squeaky wheel you may need to keep the momentum going.
